2014 Met Season
Our 2014 Concert Season Since its inaugura/on in 2009 The Metropolitan Orchestra has presented accessible classical music performances that are highly cherished and valued by the Sydney community. In 2014 we con/nue our mission of delivering premium concert experiences from in/mate, local venues throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. Patroned by Guy Noble and under the baton of Ar/s/c Director & Chief Conductor Sarah-‐Grace Williams, TMO's 2014 season consists of three main series -‐ Met Series, T MO Chamber Players and our new T MO Cushion Concerts. With addi/onal Special Concert Events throughout the year, there really is something for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our concert halls.

New in 2014, this interac/ve concert series is designed for families and young audiences. These shorter concerts (without interval) in the morning and early a[ernoon encourage children to sit on cushions and rugs on the floor of Balmain Town Hall to get close to all the musicians.
