METRO 1 PROPERTIES JOB TITLE | RESIDENTIAL SALES MANAGER OVERVIEW South Florida’s fastest growing full-service sustainable real estate organization is now accepting applications for a Residential Sales Manager. Candidates should have an extensive background in residential real estate and brokerage management and bring both strategic vision and solid execution skills. We are looking for a long-term, forward thinking individual to grow with the company and to take advantage of this incredible opportunity with enthusiasm and passion. RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage daily operations, leadership and direction of Metro 1 Properties. • Develop and coordinate all sales and marketing activities to achieve company goals, objectives and performance measures. • Maintain existing client relationships to ensure continued business opportunities. • Grow residential opportunities by cultivating a new pipeline of potential business. • Recruit, train, manage and motivate sales team to uncover prospective new business. • Assist sales reps in the development and execution of new business by providing proactive and strategic thinking. • Monitor, analyze and evaluate sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve objectives. • Keep the organization informed of market needs and competitive information relative to markets and competition. • Foster relationships with developers to gain representation opportunities. • Represent company with a strong reputation and presence in the local community. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s in business or real estate preferred. • Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Language skills in Portuguese and French desired. • Minimum of 3 years residential real estate and management experience. • Excellent written, analytical and oral communications skills. • High-level presentation, written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent customer-service skills; demonstrated ability to maintain strong working relations with both internal and external clients. • Must be available to travel as needed. • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software package preferred. • Must have Florida real estate license.
