Artful High Design Comes to Bayshore Boulevard in Tampa

et to break ground later this year, Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa will feature 89 luxury residences S and 12 townhome-style villas. Developed by the Related Group out of Miami, the project is expected to be completed in 2024. The design teams for the project drew their inspiration from the waterfront location at the corner of Bayshore and Bay to Bay Boulevard in south Tampa.
The 27-story tower will certainly make a statement with internationally recognized architecture firm, Arquitectonica, creating an organic, wave-like façades. Interiors crafted by celebrated NYC-based design firm, Meyer Davis, serve as a love letter to the surrounding areas, with textures and finishes blending historic charm with modern luxury, alongside a distinctive color palette of blues and bronze accents taking inspiration from the striking Florida Scrub Jay. Swiss landscape architect, Enzo Enea, rounds out the design vision by adorning the 4.5-acre property with lush gardens shaded by ancient oak trees.
The shared outdoor space will offer 12,000 square-feet of resort-style amenities including lounge areas, a regulation-sized tennis court, state-ofthe-art gym and fitness studio with yoga rooms, media lounge, owners-only wine room for tastings and storage, separate men’s and women’s steam room and saunas with on-demand spa services, and expansive resort-style pool deck with private cabanas and full-service food and beverage options.
As part of developer Related Group’s DNA, museum-quality artwork will be prominently featured throughout the property’s outdoor space and on-site public park, in addition to the lobby, corridors and amenity spaces. Exterior murals, sculptures, paintings and site-specific works will be hand-selected by the team’s expert curators, with pieces from masters and up-and-coming artists.
