Whether your palette seeks sweet, savory or both, there is a delicious array of breakfast and lunch classics at the Signature Brunch available on Sundays at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood.

Known for the cooked to perfection steaks and fresh-caught seafood, the unlimited brunch features delectable stations including seafood, salads, meat carvings, classic breakfast items including eggs Benedict, bacon & sausage, potatoes, an assortment of breads, cheeses and more. The vast array of pastries and desserts will satisfy those with a sweet tooth, and are as delicious as they are pretty.

We had the opportunity to taste many of the dishes, and even a few items off the made-to-order menu. Everything was delicious and fresh, and the service was excellent. “We will keep it interesting and exciting as the menu will change each week,” said Creative Culinary Director Chef Matthew Zappoli. “We will rotate prime rib, beef tenderloin, ham, turkey, as well as, change desserts, veggie of the week and two new entrees.” We think this is the perfect excuse to return again and again for the lavish brunch.

Seafood lovers will enjoy an extravagant selection of oysters, shrimp and stone crab claws under a gorgeous ice sculpture displayed with the Council Oak name.

We think brunch is always better with a cocktail and included in the price are unlimited mimosas, bellinis, bloody marys, spritzers and the Botanist French 75. Enjoy live music by choosing a seat in the Council Oak Lounge. M
