COFFEE WITH ANISH: INSPIRING WOMEN IN THE OUTDOORS Learn how Anish has pursued her dreams both on the trail and off – despite setbacks, failures, and societal pressures. Anish shares advice on choosing your own path in life and offers inspiration through the lens of wilderness adventure. Saturday | 8 to 9 AM | Pathfinder Lounge

Those seeking to learn something new can try scuba, kayaking, bouldering and more. Locker room facilities are available. Bring your swimsuit, active wear, towel and appropriate shoes. Minors need parent/legal guardian on site to sign waiver. Direct parent supervision is required for all participants 16 and younger.

FITNESS SESSIONS Student Union Fitness Center

Yoga, cycle, stretching and more will be offered to help you have a healthy, active lifestyle. Fitness sessions are offered from 9:30 AM to 4:45 PM. Bring your athletic clothing, fitness shoes and stamina, as these are some of the most active sessions of The Adventure Summit.
