CULINARY CLASSES
Food and wine pros from the community star in the STAR Center kitchen this winter. Kris Blondin, the owner of STINK Meat + Cheese in Tacoma, hosts a delicious pairings series. Ron Rzewnicki, Wine/Beer Specialist at Top Foods, lays down the basics, dishes up some desserts and goes all Italian, letting students learn and taste!

BALLROOM DANCE WITH ROB SUTHERLAND
Take advantage of dance instructor Rob Sutherland’s more than 30 years of teaching people to dance! You’ll remember Rob from the Abbey Ballroom and he’s now headquartered at STAR Center, offering private and semi-private lessons, drop-in group classes and weekly Friday evening dances. His specialized dance lessons have helped ease symptoms for people with Parkinson’s and Dystonia.

Spring Break Camps are back for spring 2013 at Center at Norpoint and Titlow Park and Lodge! Camps run from 7 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, and offer lots of fun for 6- to 12-year-olds during spring break. Kids enjoy arts and crafts projects, games, outdoor education and fun and friendship with kids their own age.
