For over 80 years, the Tecnológico de Monterrey's goal has been to establish education as the foundation of Mexico's progress. The university's impact beyond our beloved country is becoming increasingly evident and our role in contributing to society's advancement is more important than ever. We move ahead as times evolve and we are paving the way to becoming the most international university in Latin America by reinforcing our research and knowledge transfer, generating innovative solutions to the world's most pressing issues, and bolstering our global relations and presence.

At the heart of our institution are our professors, who play a crucial role in achieving our success. With this in mind, in our 2025 Strategic Plan, strengthening our faculty was designated as our #1 priority. The Tecnológico de Monterrey's Faculty of Excellence initiative aims to attract 100 world-renowned professors who can inspire our students and the community, raise academic standards, and foster collaborative and innovative environments. We firmly believe that by welcoming international academic leaders, we will enrich the role of our institution as a platform that connects talent, ideas, and technology for the development of a more prosperous, just, and sustainable world.

We are living in a fast-moving and complex era, yet it has never been more exciting to join the Tec community. We continue to build on our core principles, while channeling our energy into what we aspire to become by 2030. We aim to be recognized for generating world-class research, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Latin America; to develop leaders ready to transform challenges into solutions through our highly experiential Educational Model; to act as a catalyst for the necessary transformation of our cities and communities; and above all, to place progress at the center of our purpose.

To develop these leaders that our complex societies demand, the Tecnológico de Monterrey has designed an innovative curriculum that provides undergraduate and graduate students with the skills to not only anticipate change, but to be at the forefront of it.
