The Business School of Tecnológico de Monterrey has a commitment beyond

our educational task: to fulf ill the ambition of building a knowledge platform that contributes to the development and evolution of businesses and society.

To this objective, we have designed an initiative called “Knowledge that Transforms Business” which combines three fundamental elements: the intellectual capital of the Business School, a new research model, and a robust ecosystem of Strategic Centers. Therefore, with the participation of a valuable group of researchers and experts in different f ields of knowledge, we will contribute signif icantly to facing the main challenges of the industries. As part of the new research strategy, aligned with the vision of our institution in 2030 and the 2025 Strategic Plan, we will focus on creating and disseminating collaborative and applied research that positively transforms society and industries and contributes to the country’s development. From our ecosystem of Strategic Centers we want to support companies and people in the business world, to boost their human and organizational development. To achieve this, we make available services each provides in the different areas of their work and purpose. In this sense, we honor our commitment to relationships with companies and institutions that distinguishes our School and Tecnológico de Monterrey. We believe in the signif icance of forming bonds of shared value that serve those who trust us. TOWARDS A NEW RESEARCH MODEL AT TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY Research at Tecnológico de Monterrey generates new knowledge using the scientific method and following a peer review process. We also seek that it results in entrepreneurship that creates solutions to the main problems that our country and the world are facing. That knowledge will be useful to different fields and disciplinary areas.

PURPOSE To actively contribute to the development of an inclusive financial ecosystem in Mexico and Latin America by promoting “financial fair play” through research, dissemination, collaboration with initiatives, and academic activities that positively influence education, culture, access and use of financial services for the benefit of the most vulnerable segments and communities, especially women, micro-businesses, and migrant families.
