MEET THE BUILDER Joe H. Todd currently serves as President of PlanDwell, Inc. and Stone & Story, LLC. He received his B.B.A. Degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia in 2003 and he immediately entered the home building business. While he initially focused on the custom-home sector of the housing market, his company now specializes in the use of efficient and organized building systems around the Augusta, Ga market. After his home building business was established, he created an acquisitions and development company in 2006 that focused on developing residential home sites. As those companies expanded, he earned his real estate license in 2009. Since then, his development plans became more strategic as he primarily focused on acquiring properties, site assemblage, construction budgets, and final development and building implementation. During his construction career, Joe has developed and built a variety of project types including apartments, commercial strip centers, industrial flex-space and an office complex.

In 2017, he decided to make the residential home building business his primary focus. The main core of his building companies today are centered around quality building systems with efficient and organized processes. Joe has established an efficient and dedicated team that work to deliver great homes with many upgrades. While Stone & Story focuses on the custom home sector of the market, PlanDwell Homes offers a more streamlined approach with many options and upgrades available. The level of organization along with great team members has allowed the buyers overall experience to remain his sole focus with each new home. He has also been an active board member of the Builders Association of Metro Augusta since 2008 where he served in the leadership roles of vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. Joe also served a three-year term as a board member of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce. Joe is proud to call Evans, Ga home where he and his wife Amanda have four children and are active members of Warren Baptist Church of Augusta, Ga.
