Tallinn Estonia, Washington, D.C. U.S.A. As non-profit our mission is to provide relocation assistance and mentors to Estonia American's repatriating to Estonia. As CEO, I was in charge of writing the business plan, Articles of Association and funding grants for the programs. That most important aspect of this work is building a good team with clear set goals and objectives for the organization.

Feb-2004-Dec-2010: E.U.S.A. Council; Founding President. Washington, D.C. As the founder of this Trans-Atlantic N.G.O., I hosted delegations from Europe on Capitol Hill for special events and conferences. As President I was successful in organizing U.S/E.U. Congressional Caucus and issuing a Congressional Proclamation for European National Unity Day for May-9th.

Nov-1989-Dec-2017: Marks and Associates; President. Washington D.C. Government Affairs Consulting firm, represented clients on Capitol Hill on issue dealing with health care, state federal and Trans-Atlantic relations. Most recently we represented physicians and health care providers in the Affordable Care Act. Dec-1986-Jan-1988: Republican Party of Arkansas; Finance Director. Little Rock, Ark. Hired as the first finance Director in 20 years for the state party where I was responsible for expanding grass-roots financial support and bringing the state political party out of debt.

2010: Republican Nominee for MD, House of Delegates District 16.

Elected Public Office: 2010-2014: Elected at Large Member for the Republican Party of Maryland, from Montgomery County.
