How are organisations shortlisted?

Adviser voting We invite our adviser contacts to vote for their top product providers, relating to service levels and overall product offering. Advisers should visit (or be invited to visit) www.moneyfacts.co.uk/ILPAwards/vote - the voting will open on Monday 15 March and will close on Friday 21 May 2010. Moneyfacts data The remainder of the categories are decided using data that our researchers painstakingly gather across the industry throughout the year.

How do I find out about the finalists?

Email ajoyce@moneyfacts.co.uk to register your interest – we will then send you an email as soon as the shortlists are released.

“The Investment Life & Pensions Moneyfacts Awards are judged on the basis of rigorous product monitoring throughout the year, as well as feedback from advisers. It’s always great to have an independent endorsement and we are particularly delighted to have won this award for the second year in a row.” Chris Cahill, Director, Investment Trust Marketing, F&C

Why should we book tables?

We hope that all providers have the confidence in their products to think that they can win – and who wouldn’t want to be there to pick up an award? Not only that, many organisations take the opportunity to invite key contacts, using the event as a networking and hospitality opportunity, or invite staff to the event as a reward (often booking two or more tables in the process). The high numbers of organisations that we see at the event year on year is a testament to the value they place on the awards and the quality of the event itself.

How do we book tables and how much does it cost?

Email ajoyce@moneyfacts.co.uk to request a booking form. The packages available are as follows: • Standard tables of 10 - £1,795 plus VAT • Premium tables of 10 - £3,095 plus VAT – including VIP drinks reception, priority seating, premium table drinks and dedicated table hostesses to look after your guests. There will also be a finalist only package available, details of which will be communicated directly to the relevant organisations once the shortlists have been announced in summer 2010.

If we should win – how can we take advantage of our success?

Moneyfacts have many tools to help you capitalise on your success, including for those who succeed in reaching the commended and highly commended levels within each category, as well as the winners. More details about the winners packages will be provided to winners soon after the ceremony, but we are happy to discuss options in advance if you wish to be prepared for success!

What should we do next?

• Book your table • Ensure your adviser contacts are voting • Ensure that your product details are always up to date • Be prepared for success and consider how you would utilise the awards logo in your year round marketing plans.

“We are absolutely delighted to receive this award this year. Not only does it reflect the excellent fund performance we have achieved this year, but is also real validation of our decision last year to commit to an ethical investment approach. This award is a great springboard to further develop our business this year and into 2010.” Sue Round, Head of Investments, Ecclesiastical
