Fly Magazine is a free publication that highlights urban music, art, fashion and special events. 20,000 copies of Fly are strategically distributed at select locations on a monthly basis. Fly was created with the intent to bridge the information gap that currently exists in Colorado’s urban community.

Fly is Colorado’s Urban Network. Fly provides fascinating cover stories, stunning images, and interesting poll questions within a consistently professional format. Reoccurring sections allow readers to easily locate information and conveniently maneuver through the pages.


The Urban Audience The urban lifestyle embodies everything young, hip, trendsetting and multicultural. Members of this group listen to and/or are influenced by Hip-Hop, R&B, Reggae, Jazz, Latin and Club/Dance culture. Our readers are 18-35 year old males and females from diverse backgrounds with interest in urban culture.

Additional Advertising Opportunities Sponsoring one of five reoccurring sections allows your business to stand out to the consumer. The content of these sections will always be intriguing and continuously capture the reader’s attention and interest. Each section is one-half page sponsored content and one-half page sponsored advertisement.

™ Fly Around the World In this section Fly Magazine will virtually fly around all seven continents gathering interesting and provocative facts. Each of the five facts will be tied together by one common idea or theme.


Advertising continued Calendar (What’s Good?) A monthly overview of the flyest nightlife events and best drink specials. The calendar will use each week to highlight different areas, genres and themes throughout the nightlife scene Fly Flix Each month Fly Magazine will be present to capture images of Colorado’s urban community at different locations and various occasions. Although all eligible images will be available online at www.flymagazine.us, only a chosen few will grace this section.


Advertising continued Holla Back Holla back is a section that provides readers with the opportunity to voice their thoughts and opinions on today’s most current topics. After asking many to comment on the same question, Fly will select three of the most intriguing responses. 2Fly Each month the editors of Fly Magazine will choose one female and one male model to be showcased in the most fashionable section of the magazine. Both models will be photographed wearing fashion provided by the featured designer or boutique of the month.


Printing Specifications We accept the following file format: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG & .PDF. RESOLUTION: All file formats must have a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution. The images designed for the web done at a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality. COLOR MODE: All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode. All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode. BLEED: Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 0.1“ dimension.
