Over the last year the Land Broker Co-op has cultivated strategic alliances within the private banking and hedge fund system resulting in highly restricted access to the North American Wealth Index — a vast global database of high net worth individuals and families, including the ability to filter recipients by certain buying habits, lifestyle and events.

ACCESS

These exclusive channels are available to Co-op member-owners through the Land Broker magazine’s new marketing and distribution vision moving forward in 2023.

DELIVERY

Members will have the ability to deliver their branding and listing marketing to recipients derived from within the North American Wealth Index via our custom cover program.

This new distribution model will supplement our existing magazine strategy of placement at more than 50 FBO’s nationally, Fortune 500 executives and proprietary lists of U.S. landowners and provide new, unprecedented and targeted access to the world’s most qualified buyers and sellers.

HOW IT WORKS

Provide Five Primary Attributes of Property. (Such as Agriculture, Equestrian, Recreation, Fly Fishing, Landing Strip / Hangar, etc.)

STEP THREE

Select Preferred Primary Geographic Region (optional)

STEP FOUR

A Custom Prospect Mailing List will be generated from within the North American Wealth Index based on a cross-reference of Assets, Interests and Geography. The Prospect List will be assigned to your organization. When a prospect makes contact with your organization, let us know and we will assign the prospect to your company for future mailings.
