Roll it forward will be an on-going series in Hole Notes that in theory, should be self-sustaining, and ideally engage all sectors of the memberships. The nature of it will be to explain why you joined this industry, what you enjoy most about working in it, and what keeps you motivated about working in this industry. 30
Then, follow that by nominating someone you worked with, worked for, a mentor, any friend in the Minnesota turf industry, and tell a story about them. In the subsequent issue, they will follow by talking about themselves and nominating someone else and telling a story about that person .... and so on.
