A memorial for the USS Indianapolis is being relocated to downtown Indianapolis. Its new location will be surrounded by a meaningful landscape to remember the tragic fate of the WWII ship.

Crawfordsville’s Amtrack Upgrade

As the Midwest makes a move toward a more frequent and fast Amtrak line, small cities, such as Crawfordsville, Indiana, are dealt a new opportunity for connection. This comprehensive project focuses on a transit-oriented development in Crawfordsville’s downtown, to prepare the city as a destination along the Amtrak line.

A ten week internship was spent working for a high-end residential design firm in Carmel, Indiana. The main tasks were taking site measurements and elevations and preparing final design packages.

BallState University students restore a wetland in the middle of Muncie, Indiana to provide recreation, nature viewing, and education to the community. Careful thought and design improves ecological stability and re-introduces native plants and wildlife to the area.
