Our cuisine is regionally inspired using only the freshest local and seasonal ingredients sourced from destinations visited ashore. Our chefs lovingly prepare each dish to let the colors, flavors and textures shine through; and our acclaimed European sommeliers hand-select complimentary wine to enhance your dining experience.

Bountiful breakfasts include omelets made to order using cage-free eggs, freshly baked pastries and bread, fresh fruit and cereals. Lunch tempts with an array of fresh salads, soups and sandwiches. Evenings offer casual elegance with a range of delicious entrées, including filets of salmon, beef tenderloin and peppers expertly sautéed and grilled. Appetizers and handmade desserts are artfully presented—while delicious vegetarian, low sodium and gluten-free choices are available.

You can also join a few of your fellow guests at The Chef’s Table specialty restaurant, where the kitchen— usually hidden—becomes part of the entertainment. Watch as your chef prepares a true tasting menu with three appetizers, a Champagne sorbet intermezzo, three main courses and three decadent desserts— all paired with carefully hand-selected wines reflective of the places you visit. In addition, be treated to a Welcome Cocktail and Dinner, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Dinner, and the Captain’s Cocktail and Gala Dinner.
