Dear Sir My name is Muhamad Hanif Ikwan Bin Mohd Zawari and I just graduated from National University Of Malaysia with a Bachelor Science In Architecture (HONS) . I had the privilege of working as an intern at the Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) under Department Of Architecture at Kota Bharu, Kelantan . My experience and specific software skills i have honed thus far include project management with emphasis on creativity and project developement from client concept . During my internship at Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR), i was involved more on site visit and do some technical drawing of project Blok 8 (SUK) Parliament Building, Kota Bharu Kelantan which I had to de some study on plot ratio calculation , core study, design concept and building structure . Other than that I studied on mechanical & electrical work for example aircond system,fire fighting system and water supply systgem . Besides, I had experienced attending a technical meeting for Hospital Kuala Krai II which is the new government project . Last but not least, i was involved involved in audit check at Institusi Kemahiran Belia Negara (IKBN) ,Tanah Merah Kelantan . I do freelance works and from the experienced, I am become more interested and study extensively in area of contract negotiation, budgeting and learn how to handle client by fulfilling client’s requirement . I was given opportunity to sit in and observed a client contract negotiation and several budget meeting with client and others . There were extremely valuable experiences that helped me understand the practical side of architecture which goes in hand with hand with the creative aspect .
