implementation of the Agricultural Promotion Policy eAgriCensus will be a large scale inventory of: Holdings Persons Land Crops Animals Equipment Constructions Social insertion

PROGIS-LPIS - Land Parcel Identification System Layer by layer in Phisical Bloks, building data base of the land owners using GIS tools I&R - Animals Identification System Individual animal identification with ear tags or electronic and genetic devices and covering the full traceability of animal movements and of events These platforms will allow and encourage the farmers to access: º agriculture as a bussines º the financial markets º the governmental susbisidies

Designing of the Legal Framework and Implementation of the MasterPlan for eAgriCensus, LPIS and I&R Systems
