Seeing Through the Eye of ProGIS Software GmbH, Agro-ICT Satellite Software Solution Management Modules.
Many a time in the zeal of an organization is to drive its product into the local or global market, but regrettably, most often it fails. Reason being that it sees its products without seeing the people. Why? It is because, there is no cross-cutting edge value orientation in a man’s [organization’s] eye to transmit hi(t)s product other than quality, price, and profit [QPP]. One of my friends once told me in one of my trips to Europe that quality is expensive which not the case where I am from, rather an environment of price marketing of goods and services that seldom forces us to remain hungry and insatiable even immediately been fed with need. The two factors, in contrast, became endemic resulting in the abandonment of the critical analysis of the people’s needs which I will like to address as “error in providing the farmer’s needs.” As Dilimson Holdings Ltd, surrogate of ProGIS Software GmbH, Villach, Austria goal is to advance agro-ICT infrastructure modules developed by partner-ProGIS to clear and precise critical overall needs of the farmers in Nigeria and Africa; thus eliminate the “error” in quality and price contest towards achieving the need solution of the peasants. Which has been one of the critical issues to point at “distinct and precise.” First is to determine the apparent need and second is to provide the right answer. Dilimson with one of the satellite software model, designed a solution in Identification, Recording and Traceability management and monitoring of Livestock [Cattle] throughout the state of Kaduna which the Austria Ministry of Finance, supported its funding in a single digit interest. With the Kaduna state as a pilot for the Nigeria nation and Africa, quality service delivery will factor price and not vice versa.

Agriculture and forestry and the integrated food chains as well as chain logistics and the environmental caretaking and risk management tasks are heavily interrelated and connected and need public AND private resources to be managed for the best of the entire population. This needs optimized technological solutions but also precise understanding of the complex chain with its industries connected with millions of farmers working in a globalized market but also the many local markets and its participants and the deep connected environmental and medical tasks and ethical principles needed to manage it sustainable. On other hand, if we due to failures, greed or unethical principles downsize our banks, the problem we can manage with few zeros less, when we destroyed our nature, to repair is not an easy task – if repairable!
