Wolter, Inc. acquires Dock and Door Equipment Service provider in Fairfield, OH

Wolter, Inc. announced the acquisition of Ohio-based dock and door equipment and service provider, Ohio Valley Maintenance LLC, further growing the material handling equipment dealer’s footprint in the Ohio market. The company will be the latest addition under the Wolter name. Ohio Valley Maintenance LLC, founded by Dwight Newberry, has been in business since July 2010 as a Pentalift, ABC Dock, Flexon, and Hormann Door Equipment distributor for the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Northern Kentucky areas.

60th anniversary of the SATO Handheld Labeler
