OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW Food security is a key area for action in this Brokopondo Cooperation Programme between Barbados and Suriname. The idea is for Barbados to lease land in Suriname for agriculture production. Other aspects of collaboration are the rearing of the Black Belly Sheep and the importation of duck.
