LEADERSHIP SYMPOSIUM KNOW YOUR VALUE SELF-WORTH, EMPOWERMENT AND PROGRESS APRIL 11, 2019 • OXFORD, OH
KNOW YOUR VALUE Our values define us. The value we put on ourselves will define our relationships, our careers, our wealth and the trajectory of our lives. Our values are shaped early in life. Do we have ‘old tapes’ playing in our minds? Are we afraid of money? Are we afraid we will look ‘selfish’ if we place the highest value on ourselves? What do we value? Have we orchestrated our lives according to what we value most? The purpose of this year’s Symposium – “Know Your Value” – is to promote alignment with your own value set and to inspire new practices of discovery. Learn about the paths that your peers followed to uncover their ‘why.’ The speakers chosen to participate in this day with you will offer insight into assigning ourselves the highest value to accomplish our goals, be financially healthy and lead with confidence. Our time and resources are assets; are we acting in accordance to our individual highest principles? I’m excited to spend the day with you – I hope you will have the opportunity to reflect on the ways you can place the highest value on yourself and how strong core beliefs can shape every facet of your life. Miami University and M.I.A.M.I. WOMEN welcome you! Love and Honor,
