2013 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS Friday, May 31, 2013 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm – Kick-Off Party Cocktail Party Texas de Brazil Ballroom, second floor at Miami Beach Marina Anglers & sponsors enjoy appetizers from Texas de Brazil, ice cold Heineken and Tito’s Vodka cocktails. Additional guest tickets can be purchased to enjoy food and cocktails.
6:00 pm – 9:00 pm - Final Registration Texas de Brazil, second floor at Miami Beach Marina Final time boats can register for the tournament
7:30 pm - Capt.’s Meeting Texas de Brazil Ballroom, second floor at Miami Beach Marina Meeting to review tournament rules. Each registered boat should have a representative present.
Saturday, June 1, 2013 7:00 am - Check Out & PUBLIX Breakfast Baywalk, Miami Beach Marina Fuel up with some hot coffee, juice and pastries from Publix before your big day on the water! Boats must check out with the committee in Government Cut between 7:00 am - 8:00 am and are then free to proceed to their desired fishing sites. (see rules for details).
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm - Dock Party Hosted by Miller’s Ale House While watching fish get weighed, enjoy great food from Miller’s Ale House! Baywalk, Miami Beach Marina
4:00 pm – Lines Out - Fishing Officially Ends All boats must stop fishing upon the "lines-out" announcement.
4:00 pm – 6:00 pm - Weigh-in Baywalk, Miami Beach Marina Open to the public - Don’t miss all the fun of watching the day’s catch get weighed in for big money! There will be prizes and giveaways for the entire family. All fish to be weighed MUST be in before the close of the weigh station. No exceptions (see rules for details).
5:30 pm – 7:00 pm – Silent Auction / Angler & Sponsor Cocktail Party Texas de Brazil, second floor at Miami Beach Marina Time is limited, so don’t miss out on great deals on fishing gear, sports memorabilia, exotic trips, jewelry, beautiful artwork and more!
6:00 pm – 8:00 pm – Angler & Sponsor Dinner Buffet Texas de Brazil Ballroom, second floor at Miami Beach Marina A Buffet Feast for all the anglers, sponsors and their guests from Texas de Brazil! Additional guest tickets can be purchased to enjoy food and cocktails the entire weekend
