For your convenience and planning purposes, we have enclosed the full itinerary for the weekend. In addition to the exclusive experiences featuring Miami Dolphins alumni and executives, we have set aside some optional programming and free time for you to explore the city as you desire.
If you’re looking for ideas outside of our scheduled events, we’ve provided some recommendations in the back of this book. Our team is here to assist you throughout the trip in the same way we serve you on game days. We invite you to relax and enjoy the weekend.

To expedite the airport departures and arrivals, please bring only carry on bags and personal items; no checked bags.
• Inflight entertainment provided on Southwest website. Guests must bring their own device to utilize this entertainment. WiFi is available for an additional fee of $8.
• Your room, fees, and taxes for the trip have been pre-paid by the Miami Dolphins.
• You will be required to put down a personal credit card for incidentals.
• Anything other than your room, fees, and taxes will go on your personal credit card.
• Access to the hotel gym and pool is included; access to the spa is available for purchase.

GUIDELINES, TICKETING & STADIUM POLICY
- GUIDELINES -
• While photos are encouraged during our private dinner, no videotaping is allowed.
• Please be reminded that we are representing the Dolphins in our executive suite, therefore no opposing team gear is allowed.
- TICKETING -
• Tickets to the game will be digital; we will scan them for you at the gate.
• Pregame Field Passes will be provided at the game.
• Suite Location: B36
• Climate of Suite: Windows available for open air/noise. All seats are located inside.
- STADIUM POLICY -
• Clear Bag Policy:
Guests are welcome to carry-in the following items into Soldier Field:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6” in size
One-gallon clear plastic food storage bag
Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 4.5” x 6.5”
We will provide you with one Dolphins clear bag!
• Smoking Policy:
Smoking is prohibited inside and outside of the stadium at Soldier Field. This includes smokeless cigarettes, e-cigarettes and chewing tobacco.
• Laptop Policy:
Computers or Tablets (i.e., iPads) are not permitted inside Soldier Field.
