Objectives for Leadership Outreach: - Observe the pastor/church leadership team in his/her/their role/s - Gain insight into the local church pastor’s perspective regarding the church, ministry, daily responsibilities, and orientation to the behind the scenes workings of a local church - Ask questions to gain insight into the leadership and purpose of the local church - Relate to the local church pastor and network with the youth - Build relationships - If given the opportunity do some evangelism and share/teach - Be an incredible blessing and servant - Take DTS brochures - Let them know they can access YWAMTyler.org and get lots of help
