The first Aorist Passive (“regular”) of λυω is :

The second Aorist Passive (“irregular”) of αποστελλω is: απεσταλην V-2API-1S I was sent απεσταληµεν V-2API-1P we were sent απεσταλης V-2API-2S you were sent απεσταλητε V-2API-2P you all were sent απεσταλη V-2API-3S he/she/it was sent απεσταλησαν V-2API-3P they were sent 2.
The two aorist passive forms are the same in function. The time of action is past. The kind is punctiliar. The subject receives the action. 3.

B. Future Passive Indicative: The future passive of λυω is: λυθησαοµαι V-FPI-1S I will be loosed λυθησοµεθα V-FPI-1P we will be loosed λυθηση V-FPI-2S you will be loosed λυθησεσθε V-FPI-2P you all will be loosed λυθησεται V-FPI-3S he/she/it will be λυθησονται V-FPI-3P they will be loosed loosed 1.

The future passive deals with action received by the subject in future time. Generally the kind of action is punctiliar. It may be linear as in the future active. The context is the best test for determining the kind of action.
Deponent verbs vary in the aorist and future passive. Some have passive forms. Some deponent verbs have both passive and middle forms in the aorist. There is no difference in function.
