HOW DOES IT WORK? Only those who get prenatal care and plan to deliver at either University of Maryland Medical Center or Johns Hopkins hospital system may use the program at their chosen hospital. Points can be earned by attending Stork’s Nest educational classes, going to prenatal care appointments,

and choosing healthy behaviors. After the baby is born, you can earn points until the baby’s first birthday by taking them to check-ups and making sure they receive all shots on time. Points can be used to shop at either hospital's Stork’s Nest boutique and store.

Under the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC), the Housing Choice Voucher Program helps low-income families, the elderly, and the disabled afford decent, safe housing in the private market.
