SUMMARY Insight Unlimited is one of the leading market leaders in the field of Christian Music Distribution, Retailing, and Publishing in Indonesia.
INSIGHT UNLIMITED AT A GLANCE
Indonesia is a country with vast population of lives and is made up of almost 10% of people who hold Christianity as their belief (approximately 25 millions of people). The available Christian resources in Indonesia was still very limited despite its large number of Christians. Therefore, PT Inspirasi Utama, which is also known as Insight Unlimited, was established in 2007 as a Christian Resources Company to provide relevant Christian resources, to distribute local resources, and to establish inspiring experience in Christian lifestyle stores.
Having the vision to inspire spiritual growth with global impact, Insight Unlimited has grown over years. Starting from Christian music distribution business, to currently owning a Flagship Store and Online Store in Jakarta, Ncore (Brand), Inside Digital (digital content distribution company), as well as being a Christian Music Promotor. Insight Unlimited serves as a reliable partner and a tool for the growth of Christianity in Indonesia by giving the best quality products and services. Its products have reached Christians throughout Indonesia and also some Asian countries.

OVERVIEW Christianity in Indonesia has grown ever since its arrival and has become the second largest religion in the country today. Since the 2010 Indonesian census, vast population of Indonesia has gone up from 237 million lives to almost 250 millions lives in 2015, and it consists of almost 10% of people who hold Christianity as their belief.

DEVELOPMENTS AND GROWTH (COMPANY PERFORMANCE)
Since 2007, PT Inspirasi Utama or Insight Unlimited was established to achieve its vision, which is to be a Christian Resources Company that inspire spiritual growth with global impact. It was started with Christian music distribution business, and since then, it became sole distributor of Capitol Christian Music Group, a Universal Music Group in Indonesia.
Insight Unlimited has established its first retail store in 2009 and expanded its distribution to countries in Asia Pacific, Western Europe, and South Africa. In 2015, we actively own and manage a Flagship Store in Jakarta. We distribute our resources to hundreds of music and bookstores in Indonesia and throughout Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea, Hongkong, Japan and many other countries with a range of products from Music, Books, Fashions, Gifts, and Accessories. In parallel with the business, the company grows from 1 staff in 2007 to 47 staffs in 2015. Insight Unlimited has also expanded its channel by having its own brand, ‘Ncore’ and running a subsidiary company, ‘Inside Digital’, for digital content distribution.
The distribution grows in parallel with the expansion of the publishing rights, both from national and international brands. The publishing rights grow in kids segment with ‘Veggie Tales’ and ‘Lovely Baby’ brands, and Christian segment with brands like EMI, Hillsong, True Worshippers, and Sidney Mohede.

CHALLENGE
As we grow in the field of Christian resources, there are some challenges in expanding our business. The Christian resources industry in Indonesia is gradually declining due to the expensive rent expenses and higher labor cost demands. We also need to cope with the advancement of technology. Therefore, we believe that breakthrough is neccessary for the solutions of these challenges.
GOAL
Our goal is to provide and expand new platforms that will enable distribution of Christian resources, in order to improve the availability of the resources in many places. Other investment is essential to cover the necessary expansion and support this goal.

CHRISTIAN MUSIC
We are equipping people with the message of truth by selling Christian Music in CD and DVD, both from local artists such as JPCC Worship, Sidney Mohede, Sari Simorangkir, Jakarta Tabernacle Choir and more, also from international bands and musicians, such as Hillsong, Jesus Culture, Rend Collective, Israel Houghton, Matt Redman, Chris Tomlin, Kari Jobe and many more.
SERMON
As we are affiliated with Jakarta Praise Community Church (JPCC), we provide the recording of the weekly sermon. The sermons have been delivered by various speakers, which resulted in a rich collection of wisdom. It may be delivered by the local church pastors and speakers, such as Jeffrey Rachmat, Jose Carol, Alvi Radjagukguk, Johannes Thelee, Jussar Badudu, Kenny Goh and many more. As well as both the national and international guest speakers, such as Juan Mogi, Brian Houston, A.R. Bernard, Joel A’Bell, Cassandra Langton, Mark Conner, Sy Rogers, and many more.
JPCC itself holds annual conferences, such as Relevant Leadership – a conference to empower the leaders of church, and Treasures Women Conference – a conference to equip the women. All the weekly sermons and conference recordings are available in CD or DVD.
BOOKS
Our collection of books covers many topics for the readers. From marriage to parenting, from christian living to discipleship, from biography to business and leadership, as well as books for children and adults, men and women, personal and spiritual growth, and many other topics to improve the lives of people. The variation of books is available in Bahasa or in English. We also provide many versions of the Bible for children and adults, such as New International Version (NIV), New Living Translation (NLT), The Message, and others.
NCORE
Our own brand, ‘NCore’, was established in 2013, with the purpose of inspiring people with love filled messages that encourage hope and faith. It also aims to support the local industry by offering locally made and beautifully designed products with positive or inspiring message embedded.
Ncore sells and distributes products through offline store and e-commerce.
The catagories of the products range from : - Fashion and accesories, which are pouch, braid, temporary tattoo, t-shirt, bracelet, guitar pick,and snapback. - Gift and stationary, which are magnet, pen, and cards. - Home living. which are frame, door stopper, wall panel, mug, wooden blocks, wall plaque, pillow case, and library box.
INSIDE DIGITAL
‘Inside’, our subsidiary company is for digital content distribution through offline store and e-commerce, and providing marketing service. It also seeks to unlock, distribute, and market potentials local music talents to inspire global market. The services we offer are: - Music, - Spoken Words, - Video, - Content Upload Service, - Royalty Report, - Digital Marketing and PR, - Digital Rights Distribution ‘Inside’ is commited to give value added services to serve the digital content distribution and marketing for its clients.
