Michael Harris Michael Harris is chancellor of Indiana University–Kokomo. He received a Ph.D. in public policy from Indiana University, a master's degree from Tel-Aviv University, and an undergraduate degree in economics and business administration from Bar-Ilan University. He is a graduate of two Harvard Graduate School of Education Programs (IEM and MDP). He has published three books as well as articles in a variety of journals. Harris has been recognized for his teaching excellence and serves as a political commentator to a variety of broadcast and print media.
