What The Doctor Ordered: MSU College of Human Medicine signs agreement with Kettering University in Flint for Early Assurance Program On June 8th, MSU College of Human Medicine announced its partnership with Kettering University as part of a growing network of collaborations established with local institutions that share a long-term vision for enhancing health care in Flint and Genesee County. The Early Assurance Program allows selected students early admission assurance in MSU’s College of Human Medicine. Accepted students are guaranteed a spot and can begin their relationship with MSU CHM during their senior year.

There will be two seats reserved for Kettering University students in the 2011 admissions process. Preference is given to disadvantaged students and students who want to practice in underserved areas. Founded in 1919, Kettering University is located in Flint, Michigan. The university is nationally ranked in “US News & World Report” as one of “America’s Best Colleges” for Industrial and Mechanical Engineering.
