Studio Perancangan Arsitektur 04 Design Guide Aerotropolis City & Rental Office Leasing Office is a special place where business affairs are carried out and services are provided, all facili es can be rented. The exis ng facili es are facili es to support office ac vi es that can increase the sale value of the rental office. (Webster's Third New Interna onal dict. 1567: 1981). Increasing ac vity and business scale certainly requires suppor ng facili es, namely office facili es which are the center for informa on processing, decision making and business policy. Aerotropolis as a city which is formed from the ac vity of air transporta on (aircra ) will trigger the development and addi on of ac vi es around it. With the existence of NYIA (New Yogyakarta Interna onal Airport), the aerotropolis city will form itself in Kulon Progo. The rental office is also a solu on to accommodate the needs and ac vi es in this aerotropolis city, and also a solu on to the limited land available.

Tradi onal food is a part of culture, it means the existence must be maintained. In Cirebon, a number of tradi onal foods have almost disappeared and are star ng to be qualified for modern food. In addi on, the quality of tradi onal food in Cirebon can be said to be decreasing in terms of cleanliness and proper consump on, this threatens the loss of Cirebon's own local cultural heritage in terms of culinary.

Papua is o en seen as lacking or lacking in quality in any perspec ve because Papua itself is located at the eastern end of the archipelago so it is considered difficult to build properly like other ci es in the western and central parts of Indonesia. Therefore, Papua is always considered to be less advanced in terms of technology, social and economy. However, Papua itself has wealth in terms of its culture, arts, and very beau ful nature. The city of Wamena which is part of Papua is a concrete example of this wealth. Wamena's poten al in the field of Culture and Arts has been well known to other parts of the world. Noken and wood carvings, for example, have been recorded by UNESCO as part of the World Cultural Heritage. With this poten al, the rela vely low Papuan human resources can be increased slowly so that it becomes a turning point for the progress of the community in Wamena City.
