Mission statement: Champ Inc. is committed to reducing costs while improving efficiency, quality and safety in the manufacturing sector.


The Problem It costs the manufacturer money when production line associates perform menial tasks that create no value to the end product being produced. The value of an associate is not fully utilized when they focus on minor non-production issues. These tasks can be done better and for much less by an experienced and elite UPKEEP team.

Opportunity Cost: The loss of potential gain from other alternatives when one alternative is chosen.


The Solution

Champ Inc. commissions an experienced and elite UPKEEP team to take care of minor non-production issues that production line associates do daily. This will save manufacturers time and money. The associate hours spent on these menial tasks can now be directed toward work that creates value to the end product.


The Upkeep Team Mike Peters Mike worked in the electronic and industrial distribution industry for over 30 years. Ten of those years were spent in state-of -the-art Mexican manufacturing plants. He opened and managed two branches for national distributors. He started Champ Inc. in 2002. Has been practicing UPKEEP for over 10 years.

Robert Hoffman Robert worked in the electronic and industrial distribution industry for over 25 years. He has been an Office Manager, Sales Manager and Warehouse Manager. He also manages UPKEEP teams. Robert is best known for his variety of skills and incredible work ethic.


Qualifications and Requirements for a Precision Design UPKEEP Team 1. 2. 3.

Every Precision Design UPKEEP team must have at least one manager with 20 years of sales experience in the industrial and electronic manufacturing industry. Each Precision Design UPKEEP team must have a Research and Development program to evaluate the process for efficiency, quality and safety. UPKEEP Precision Design teams members are required to pass intense training for each application. This includes personal protective equipment, fire/fire extinguishers, lockout tagout, basic first aid (not certified), and good safety practices. Managers must get product training and visit trade shows for each industry (Industrial and Electronic) every year.

Precision Design UPKEEP Team definition: It is a precise design of training, services, workers, management style, and products used by a team to reduce the current cost of any menial task by 50%. UPKEEP is not and never should be compared to todays temporary service industry.


Benefits and How it Works: UPKEEP teams are like a Seal Team in the military. They all have different strengths and train until they are the best at what they do.

UPKEEP experience in the industry means finding and using the latest technology for each task. UPKEEP teams will know how to use these products efficiently and conservatively for each task. An UPKEEP team has the benefit of a low distributor cost on items used in each application. Customer goal setting and satisfaction is the number one focus on each task being performed.


Why now? After the downturn of 2008 manufacturing changed. Historically, there has always been an economic recovery within a few years after a downturn. In 2016, manufacturers are still being asked to produce more with less employees and less money. Employees who work long hours become worn-out and less efficient. UPKEEP is the perfect answer to a manufacturing plant’s recovery. UPKEEP teams can do a plant’s menial tasks much better and at half the cost.

What Else Does UPKEEP DO?UPKEEP also helps America recover. UPKEEP teams will create new part time jobs with the possibility of becoming full time employment. The pay will be higher than average with excellent training. The experienced UPKEEP managers will be great references for people who join the teams and do the hard work. Any company will be lucky to get a trained UPKEEP worker.
