photoshop During my first semester at Lasalle College, I was given the assignment to create two sample covers for a magazine of my choice. As an avid reader of GQ Magazine I am familiar with the target market and brand ideals. To achieve a strong cover I worked within Adobe Photoshop which included colour correction, selecting, importing, and air brushing.



Fashion Styling Parisian Boudoir When producing a fashion shoot there is a lot pre production and post production that takes place. For my shoot in particular I created separate mood boards for location, hair and makeup, as well as the styling. I also has the responsibility of locating and commissioning a hair and makeup artist.

Trend Spotting &

Analysis of a trend Spotting a trend on the runway and analyzing it on a deeper level is an aspect of fashion merchandising and marketing that I am extremely passionate about. The examples of my work shown in the portfolio is for Fall Winter 2013.






Trend Forecasting Swimwear 2014


SWIMWEAR Optical Art Over the past few seasons, strategic line placement with mesh paneling has been all over the Ready-to-Wear runways. I believe the next step will be for Swimwear to include the paneling craze.

Visual Merchandising Display and Promotions Calendar Visual merchandishing is a extremely important aspect of sales and marketing. Display and Promotion calendars are produced at the beginning of every year to map out displays, promotions, and sales a store will have during a fiscal year. Included in the next few slides are two out of twelve months of the Display calender I produced during my visual display class.


Calendar Spring Has Sprung

Put your woolen knits away and step into spring. Our full spring collection has now arrived and we love all the floral prints. Our spring theme will be showcasing our pastel colours, and floral printed clothing. Floral scent dispersers will be installed throughout the selling floor creating a fresh spring shopping environment.

We will be putting up mild floral scent dispensers throughout the selling floor in keeping with the spring theme Extra lighting using DayLight bulbs will be added from above to keep the store feeling light and airy Fresh flower bouquets in pastel colours placed in the center of all selling tables


Calendar Halloween

Halloween is just around the corner and its our favorite time of year. We are taking a page of Alfred Hitchcock's ‘Birds’. A cage with black crows will be installed around the cash wrap and will remain for the entire month of October. Our entire fall collections are in and being displayed up front.
