Its really very simple: 1. If you spent at least 30 minutes for any activities on your list - go and track it with X 2. Even if you dont do anyactivity a few days, and in a next days you spent 2 hours in gym - draw 4X on past or future days.
Every day You make a choises. This choises are makes You. - sleep more our take shower with COLD water - go to fast food or EAT healthy - drive to your work or morning WALK on the frost air - spent a few minutes for a good BOOK - want to play any music? Have a minute - go and PLAY - you need a fency cloth or a health body? Take some YOGA or pump iron on a GYM - write on list anything you want and let’s make it a part of You.
