Kelley Geerkin oversees a portfolio of eleven (11) residential and mixed use properties in Ohio. She is responsible for the overseeing of highly productive teams who can meet all necessary goals. Her duties and responsibilities include ensuring all sites run smooth and effectively with sales and operations within the property; training, coaching, and leading employees to attain set goals and maintain resident satisfaction; drafting budgets for each site and ensure financial figures are met or exceeded; and coordinating with contractors in multiple trades for work as needed. She also works on CMC's new developments. Prior to joining CMC Property Management, Kelley was a property manager for the Connor Group.

Hauna Somerville is a Regional Manager and has been with CMC for the past 10 years. She is a native of Columbus and an alumna of the University of Cincinnati. She successfully manages over 20 employees at a total of 7 sites; 2 in Cincinnati area and 5 throughout Kentucky. In her duties she oversees capital projects and renovations, creates operating budgets, builds relationships with vendors, manages and trains staff, reviews company policies and productivity and implements new solutions, systems and strategies. Hauna has 3 children, a loving husband and is a huge sports fan. Go Bengals, Bearcats and Bucks!
