Randy Imholt has been in maintenance for more than 27 years and has been with HILLS since 2002. He began his career as a Maintenance Technician. He was soon promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in 2005 and Senior Maintenance Supervisor in 2019. He has worked at almost every HILLS community in some capacity over the last 21 years. He recently took the role of Project Manager in our Maintenance & Facilities Department.

Sara Hendricks started in the industry in 2002 and has experience in other areas of asset management including redevelopment, retail, industrial, office and receiverships. She has worn many hats with HILLS over the years, but her current role as Portfolio Manager has her overseeing and supporting 21 HILLS properties with almost 6,000 units in Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, Lexington and Louisville.

Sarah Hahn has been with HILLS since 2011. She was the Property Manager at Savoy at the Streets of West Chester during their successful lease-up in 2015 before being promoted to District Manager in 2016.

Savoy was awarded the Excellence Award from the National Apartment Association in 2017 under her leadership. She is now the Regional Manager over 11 of HILLS communities in Cincinnati, Dayton and Indianapolis.

Reginna Bray has been with HILLS for nearly 30 years and has served in every capacity imaginable within the organization. She has managed properties in Dayton, Louisville, and Cincinnati as a Property Manager, and Cincinnati and Texas in her District Manager role. Now as a Regional Manager, she is responsible for properties in Cincinnati, Louisville, and Lexington. Reginna also served as the Director of Business Systems during the transition from RealPage to Yardi and has been an integral part of HILLS training for new managers during her tenure.

Sara Woods started her HILLS career in 2015 as a leasing consultant, working her way up to Property Manager while working at several different HILLS communities in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. In 2019, she moved to Lexington to spearhead the successful lease-up of Greyson on 27. In 2021 she joined HILLS marketing team as the Marking Coordinator. In this role, Sara works with our site teams to drive marketing programs that yield resident retention and brand presence in the markets in which we operate, while managing all HILLS social media platforms. Sara was recently promoted to Director of Brand, Marketing and Customer Experience.
