Legacy Management Company is a Real Estate company engaged in the development, construction, management and acquisition of residential and commercial real estate. Our property management team combines the experiences of ownership, development and management of multifamily apartment communities so both our residents and investors experience exceptional service. While Legacy Management provides the extensive resources of a large company, our focus is not on quantity, but on quality service. Our fully integrated property management model allows for exceptional service to residents, owners, partners and investors. Personnel At Table

Brian Fullenkamp is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing. He joined Legacy Management in 1998 and is now a partner in the company. Mr. Fullenkamp has experience in multifamily, self-storage, and commercial property management and oversees primarily the multi family division at this time. He has been on numerous GCNKAA boards over the years and is a past president.

Scarlett Dailey Godsey began working for Legacy Management in April of 2003. Her enthusiasm and desire to grow has led to her current position as Regional Portfolio Director. Scarlett’s role at Legacy Management allows her to utilize her extensive experience in management, resident relations, problem solving, team building, and finance to effectively manage her portfolio. Scarlett is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations.
