Personnel At Table

Maggie Hobbs is a Cincinnati native with over 14 years of experience in the apartment industry serving in various markets and roles in property operations. She has experience in student housing, multifamily, stabilized, value-added renovated communities, and new construction lease-up developments. Maggie joined NAP in 2016 and is responsible for the success of all of NAP’s multifamily properties in the Greater Cincinnati area. Maggie graduated from the University of Kentucky where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also holds two designations with the National Apartment Associati on, as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). In 2019, Maggie was named one of The National Apartment Association’s “Top 20 in their Twenties.”

Michelle Bleier joined NAP in 2005 and has held multiple roles in the organization over her 17 year tenure. Michelle was recently promoted and will be responsible for our newest property that is currently under onstuction in Southgate, KY. She will spearhead the lease up and continue managing the property upon stabilzation
