As VP of Operations, Jennifer Holp brings 19 years of property management experience. Jennifer joined Sundance in 2021, her responsibilities include managing all property operations for Sundance’s which entails 9,000 units throughout seven states. With this she brings a passion for providing the best experience for both employees and residents. Jennifer is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Jennifer currently serves as the Vice President for the Greater Dayton Apartment Association. When Jennifer isn’t working, she is busy with her two daughters going to soccer or dance classes and spending time with her husband.

Julie Cunningham is a District manager at Sundance Property Management where she manages and oversees several apartment communities on the westside of Cincinnati. Julie has worked for Sundance Property Management for the last several years. Julie helps potential new residents find homes within their budget while making sure their concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. She is experienced, confident, and easy to get along with. Julie is very family-oriented. One of her favorite things to do with her family is going to an amusement park.

Drew Greber is a Senior Regional Manager from Sundance Property Management. Drew has been in the industry since 2014 and has worked most positions the industry has to offer, from sales and marketing to operations! Drew currently oversees the Southeast Region consisting of 2300 units plus overseeing the 11 MHPs Ohio and Indiana. In Drew’s personal life he enjoys spending time with his English Bulldogs George and Viola, he also enjoys reading and secretly putting together Harry Potter Legos!
