Having earned his MBA from the Xavier University Executive MBA program, Jud has over 24 years of multi-family experience in both condos and apartments. His Towne career began in 1995 as a summer intern in Mt. Adams, working with the Custodian, and working his way up to spending the final three weeks with Towne Properties President, Bob Wahlke. After completing his degree at The Ohio State University, Jud began working on the condo side of the business, splitting time between the District Offices at The Shops at Harper’s Point and Wildwood. He eventually spent two plus years as an Association Manager at Wildwood before becoming a Property Manager in Mt. Adams overseeing a large condominium and apartment portfolio. Jud was promoted to Regional vice President in 2012 overseeing Towne’s Central Cincinnati District and currently oversees an apartment portfolio consisting of Mt. Adams, Adams Edge and Delta Flats, as well as a condo portfolio of over 100 Associations. The district has more than doubled in size during Jud’s tenure. Additionally, Jud served on the Board of Directors of the GCNKAA for 9 years, serving on the Executive Committee for the last three, and as President of the Board in 2018 and 2019. He currently serves as a co-chair of the Holiday Cheers Committee.

Erick Grossl is the Northeast Cincinnati Regional Vice President for Towne Properties. He has been associated with Towne since 1974 when he worked on the grounds crew at the Meadows of Catalpa in north Dayton. In 1980, while attending the University of Cincinnati, Erick joined the maintenance team at Mont Michelle Apartments in Clifton where he later became Community Manager in 1985. Erick has more than 36 years of multi-family experience, his current portfolio includes: eighteen communities comprising 2,866 Class A to Class C apartments. Erick Served on the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association Board of Directors for 9 years as well as serving on the Education Committee for five years. Currently Erick serves as an Instructor for Towne University teaching Physical Asset Management.

Tony Collin’s career with Towne began in 1998 as a Site Supervisor at Reserves of Saddlebrook a condo project in Northern Kentucky. From there he moved on to building Four Bridges Apartments in Liberty Township. After six years he moved on to the Production Manger’s roll with Towne overseeing multiple projects throughout the portfolio. In 2010 Tony was asked to help oversee the purchasing and rehab of all Towne-owned properties. He grew the Asset Services division to include doing work for Towne’s third-party clients and for outside third-party clients. He has over 20+ years of experience in multi- family and condominium construction and purchasing, and oversees the sourcing of equipment, goods, services, and managing vendors. Plus, Tony performs strategic procurement activities across multiple categories of spend, searches for better deals, and find more profitable suppliers. He also handles special projects and duties as directed by the President of Towne Development Group and the Towne Properties CEO. Additionally, Tony is an instructor for Towne University, teaching the course on Bids and Contracts.
