Brent Neiger has been with Fath for 20 years and oversees the HVAC and Escrow Departments in addition to the on-site maintenance teams in the Ohio, Kentucky and Texas Divisions.

Brent is also responsible for vendor selection and product standardization. Brent is closely involved in all major projects that include architectural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, renovation and remodeling components.

Company Bio

Gaslight Property started in 1991 by David Taylor, Principal Owner, and CEO. We are an owner/operator with almost 140 properties primarily located in the Clifton Gaslight District. Additionally, we have a few properties in Oakley and Northside. Most of our properties primarily consist of multi-family buildings ranging in age from 6 years to over 100! We have just under 30 single family homes as well as retail and commercial locations. Gaslight employs approximately 70 employees, including and internal construction and landscaping department.
