Justin Seger has been with HILLS since June of 2017 as the Vice President of Residential Properties. Justin started his career in multi-family in 2005 with Crawford Hoying. In 2007 he graduated from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a degree in Finance and Real Estate. In 2010 he joined TGM Communities as a Regional Director, before coming to HILLS in his current role.

Scott Springer has been with HILLS since 2004. Scott has 20+ years of facilities and maintenance experience. Leading the HILLS maintenance training program for all new maintenance associates, as well as maintaining ongoing training and development for existing maintenance associates is among his many duties. He has also been an instructor for several GCNKAA Maintenance and supplier education courses. He was previously employed by Equity Residential.
