Chrissie Valdini joined Rookwood Properties in 2012 as a property manager. She has held multiple positions in systems and operations management, hiring and training, construction coordination, and multifamily portfolio management. Chrissie is now a Development & Project Manager for Rookwood Properties. She leads new development activity and is the project manager for special projects and for large-scale Fire, Flood, & Wind events.

Abbie Huffman joined Rookwood Properties in 2023 as the Director of Multifamily Operations, and has been an active member of GCNKAA for 10+ years. She oversees 5 District Managers, a Property Management Coordinator, as well as a Marketing Manager as a part of her role streamlining operational processes and achieving consistent execution across Rookwood Properties’ residential department. Among the many leadership roles that she has held throughout her tenure in the multifamily industry, she is currently serving on the NAA Board of Directors as Region 3 RVP.
