As a Regional Manager for Sundance Property Management, LLC, Sarah Henegar oversees a portfolio of 1,100 units in Ohio and Kentucky. Sarah has been in the industry for 18 years. She started out as a Leasing Consultant and has held every position in between. She achieved her NAA CAM designation in 2021. Sarah has two teenagers. They keep her very busy as their personal taxi, social coordinators and their personal bankers and she wouldn’t trade it for the world.

As a Regional Manager for Sundance Property Management, LLC, Candace Woodworth oversees a portfolio of 1200+ units in the Cincinnati area. Candace has achieved her NAA CAM designation in 2021, her NALP designation in 2017 and plans to do her NAA CAPS in 2022. Candace volunteers on GCNKAA NextGen and continues to take on additional responsibilities at Sundance. When Candace isn't working, she is spending time with her two daughters, Gwenevere and Jolene.
