Towne Properties was established in 1961 with the express purpose of leading the renaissance of Mt. Adams, an old-world hilltop village that overlooks downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River. The renovation of five 100-year-old structures on St. Gregory Street into 14 exciting apartments attracted local and national attention and began a corporate commitment to great design, construction and management that are the hallmarks of Towne Properties. Since then, Towne has produced a distinguished list of award-winning apartment communities…all with premier locations, superb designs and an attention to detail and workmanship rare in today’s marketplace. Early in Towne’s career, it recognized that it needed great property management to realize the full potential of its projects. As the success of our management team grew, other owners looked to Towne to manage their assets. What began as managing apartment communities in company-built projects has grown to the largest and most recognized management company in the region. Today, Towne manages a diverse portfolio comprised of apartments, condo and homeowners' associations, office buildings, and retail centers along with a marina and tennis club. Based in Cincinnati, Towne builds and/or manages properties throughout the Greater Cincinnati area plus in Dayton, Columbus, Indianapolis, Lexington, and Raleigh. The goal is to make each location a truly Great Place to Live® by providing our residents with outstanding service in well-maintained properties managed by the best professionals in the business.
