Taylor Bartoe has been the Regional Property Manager for two years at Venture Communities. With over 25 years’ experience in conventional, student and senior housing property management. Previously operated as the liaison for senior housing in the Southern California market, overseeing operations for thirteen assets in 55+. She has a passion for mentoring colleagues and helping others reach their greatest potential. Properties in her portfolio consistently exceed year over year NOI expectations and she is known for thinking out of the box to find positive solutions to challenging situations. Her experience includes, acquisitions, dispositions, garden style apartments, single family, renovations, new construction, and leaseups. Taylor attended Orange Coast College and California State Fullerton. An Ohio Notary Public and holds the CAM certification through the National Apartment Association (NAA). Her hobbies include, hiking, traveling, reading, experiencing new adventures, and being a foodie. Her greatest joy are her children, husband and her three dogs.
