Nunziante Magrone: starts 2015 with the entrance of two new partners and two Associates in Milan. Gianmarco Mileni Munari will strengthen the Firm’s Corporate and Finance practice and Ruben Pescara the Firm’s Real Estate and Energy practice. Nunziante Magrone – with offices in Italy in Rome, Milan and Bologna and abroad in Istanbul* and Tirana* – starts 2015 with the entrance of two new partners and two Associates in the Firm. With these new arrivals – just a few days after the expansion of the offices at the historic headquarters in Rome in Piazza di Pietra – the law firm kick-starts the expansion project which will provide for further growth in 2015. These first new entrances of 2015 will be operating in the Milan office of the Firm. The M&A and corporate law expert Gianmarco Mileni Munari, former partner of the law firm Jenny.Avvocati, joins Nunziante Magrone as a partner and brings Federico Gioffrè with himself, who joins the Firm as an associate. Mileni Munari will strengthen the Corporate and Finance practice, increasing the services in key sectors such as M&A and corporate restructuring. Ruben Pescara, also a former partner of Jenny.Avvocati, joins Nunziante Magrone as a partner and further consolidates the Firm's expertise in the areas of Real Estate and Energy, considered to be of particular importance in 2015. Together with Ruben Pescara also Angela Benincasa joins the Firm, in the role of an associate. "We closed 2014 with optimism and the will to continue to grow in 2015.
