Women for Women (W4W) è un’iniziativa nata per volontà di un team di avvocate dello studio Nunziante Magrone, con lo scopo di assistere altre professioniste ovvero imprenditrici, donne manager e in senso ampio donne impegnate in ogni ambito del mondo lavorativo. Le avvocate di W4W, appartenendo allo stesso genere e avendo vissuto esperienze analoghe a quelle delle clienti, sono in grado di comprendere meglio i loro bisogni e le loro esigenze, mettendo a disposizione le loro competenze in aree del diritto che possono presentare “specificità di genere” quali ad esempio: Diritto societario e commerciale, Diritto penale, Privacy, Tutela dell’immagine, Diritto del Lavoro. In questo modo, W4W potrà offrire un’assistenza “su misura”, anche avvalendosi di una rete di professioniste specializzate in settori complementari (commercialiste, notaie, consulenti IP e web intelligence, consulenti del lavoro) e attraverso orari più flessibili e modalità di confronto alternative.
Women for Women (W4W) is an initiative created by the will of a team of female lawyers of Nunziante Magrone, with the aim of assisting other professionals or entrepreneurs, women managers at large and working women in a broad sense. Lawyers of W4W, belonging to the same gender and having lived similar experiences are able to better understand needs and requirements of women and to provide their expertise in areas of law that may have "a gender perspective”, such as: Corporate and Commercial, Criminal Law, Privacy, Protection of image, Labor Law.
