Employment Assistant Project Manager BayBridge Contracting, LLC, 2011 ‐ Present Assistant to Project Manager doing daily project reports, project costing, RFI’s and submittal processing in Primavera Contract Management. Other responsibilities included shop drawings for sub‐contractors, site visits, communicating with other trades, owner, general contractor, vendors, time sheet entries, certified payroll, and basic office duties. Design Internship Opus Design Studio, January 2011 - May 2011 Working with principal in research and pattern development, computer aided design specialist, graphic output and editing, and prototype production. The project was a Research Project based on New York City and was intended for fabrication. Design Consultant Mitropoulos Architects, April 2009 ‐ December 2011 Design and construction document preparation including coordination of code review, design developement, program development, and existing conditions. Analyze program issues to satisfy client needs, code and regulatory requirements of authorities having jurisdiction. Preparing drawings for New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission and the Department of Buildings for alterations and new constructions. Design Internship TPG Architecture, June to September 2008 Intern in the retail department, working on high‐end stores in Manhattan. My responsibilities included but were not limited to finding materials, furniture, and lighting, contacting vendors, and preparing presentations for clients. Some of the jobs that the office was currently working on during my internship were the British Airways Terminal in LGA, Equinox Gym in NYC, Pink Slip Lingerie Boutique, Dalyah Jewelry Store NYC.
