This proposal for a two-unit dwelling focuses on the social issues that arise with shared affordable housing. The design

extends to fill the site, echoing the existing streetscape of entr yways. A generous front p o rc h a l l o w s n e w re s i d e n t s t o p a r t i c i p a t e i n t h e b l o c k ’s s t r e e t l i f e . B e y o n d t h e p o rc h , e a c h u n i t o p e n s o n t o a n e x p a n s i v e g a rd e n . A s t h i s w a s a t e a m p ro j e c t , e a c h i n d i v i d u a l t o o k o n s p e c i f i c re s p o n s i b i l i t i e s and became a leader in their role. I led the construction documents team, setting a framework for the set, organizing the file s t r u c t u re a n d d r a w i n g d e t a i l s . I n t a n d e m , I w o r k e d t o p ro d u c e a l l o f t h e re n d e r i n g s a n d s t r a t e g y d i a g r a m s f o r t h e p ro j e c t .
